MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
The Malaysian Culture Group’s 30th Annual General Meeting was held on the 2nd of May 2012. It took place at the Muzium Tekstil Negara (National Textile Museum), which is located in a heritage building near Merdeka Square. We were fortunate to have Eddin Khoo join us after the business portion of the meeting. He gave a thought provoking talk on the development of Malaysian cultural identity.
Looking ahead to the future: our Open House is scheduled for 19 September 2012. The committee hopes to see many current and prospective members at the Open House. In the meantime, please visit our website often for programming announcements and reviews.
